Yes we use technology to produce engaging forms of communication. However, it really begins with understanding who we are trying to connect with. It's about interacting with the human touch, engaging with the individual, anticipating their desires and plotting their experience. While technology is the primary vehicle for the ideas, the ideas should always be bigger then the vehicle.
How an idea becomes a big idea.
The biggest ideas don't happen in vacuums. The kind of colossal ideas we're after grow best in groups, where concepts can bounce freely and randomly from person to person, every one adding their own twists, variations and extensions. And before we know it, the idea steadily snowballs into something much bigger and more amazing than any one person could possibly create on their own.
