Product Manager, DTC

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on product specialist to support growth and optimization on our clients’ DTC platforms. You will work closely with account leadership to manage the website roadmap and define success metrics, while monitoring and optimizing the user experience. You have a strong technical background and will be responsible for implementing A/B testing and weekly reporting. This role provides an exciting opportunity for an individual contributor to make a significant impact on the success of our clients' DTC initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Website Optimization:
    • Collaborate with account leadership and growth teams to define and prioritize the DTC website roadmap.

    • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and developers to implement website enhancements.

    • Ensure a high-converting, user-friendly online shopping experience.

  2. A/B Testing Program:
    • Lead the implementation of A/B testing programs to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing hypotheses and execute experiments.

  3. Reporting and Data Analysis:
    • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior.

    • Generate weekly and monthly reports on key website performance metrics and A/B testing outcomes.

    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve DTC strategies.

  4. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in web analytics, and A/B testing tools and platforms.

    • Fundamental understanding of web development technologies and frameworks.

    • Experience with Shopify and its app ecosystem is preferred.

  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with design, development, and strategy teams to integrate research findings into the ideation and execution phases of projects.

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, aligning the product roadmap with overarching DTC and consumer engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working on DTC websites, preferably in a product-focused capacity.

  • Strong background in implementing and managing A/B testing programs for DTC platforms.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication skills to convey research findings and recommendations effectively.

  • Experience with Shopify is preferred.

Compensation

  • Between $80,000 - $115,000 annually based on role fit, prior work, and experience.
