Check us out in the new Sactown Mag

If you are in the N. California area you will know where to find it.  It's a great mag, with a great purpose and fantastic content.  If you are not in the area, maybe you can email them and encourage them to create an online format! ;)

Welcome to the team!

Scott Thiessen - Flash Developer

Scott drinks the hell out of Mountain Dew, has a mean-ass-pirate-beard that will make you feel like less of a man.  Or more of a woman. And he can teach us all a thing or two about Flash...really. Just sign up at the Seattle School of Visual Concepts where he instructs.

MDavid Low - Senior Producer

Comes to us by way of the east coast where he worked with Fantasy Interactive, Domani and Toth.  Luckily we come off super charming in a first meeting, so we were able to talk him into driving across the country to join the N. Cal office.  We are stoked to have him...and his dog, Churro.

Shelby White - Jr. Designer

Shelby is our Idaho country bumpkin transplant with superbly eclectic music tastes - from Leonard Cohen to Depeche Mode to our own beloved Tycho - and an incredible and intrinsic eye for design.  He is studying graphic design at the Art Institute in Seattle while probably learning a little more about video games while working as a designer in our office.

George Plendl - Developer

We first fell in love with George's sense of humor and ridiculous Twitter account. Then we realized he was a CSS whiz who ate JQuery for breakfast, and was right in our own backyard of Sac. Scooping him up to join the team was an easy choice.

Chad Tafolla - Senior Art Director

I'd say the most valuable thing we got from SXSW this year was getting to know this fellow. Coming to us from Denver where he art directed beautiful digital for FL2, Chad is joining the Seattle crew as the creative lead. Not sure how he is with video games, but he better brush up if he plans on keeping up with that lot.

Joe Leoni - Producer

After completing a grueling year long internship as a Young Buk, Joe was hired as a full-fledged and well-trained Producer...in addition to clearly being the most photogenic one in the company. You could raise a family in those dimples.

Matt Aebersold

Two things come to mind with Matt.  1. He ACTUALLY belongs to a Delorean club.  That's right, the failed car company from the 80's that Michael J. Fox drove.  2. His ability and enthusiasm for Flash development caused us to call him in for an interview two minutes after sending us his work, and we hired him on the spot.  Super nice, amazing ability, and Delorean club member. That's the whole package.

We're taking home some precious metal!

We just found out that our work on GravisFootwear.com just took gold in our region's Addys (N. California/San Francisco/Sacramento and Nevada) and is on to nationals!  In addition our collaboration with Team One on the Lexus RX site took home a silver.

Eyyy ohhhh!!!
