Partnering with Seattle based agency Cole and Weber United, we built this all Flash site to help educate people on the many ways to play Washington's Lottery Scratch and Jackpot games. Users can try out the games by doing gameplay simulations themselves, while voice over and sfx make the 30 minutes of animation come to life — cartoon life that is.
